How Trinity Chippenham (“we”) use your information

We hold your data for varying lengths of time depending on the type of information in question but in doing so we always comply with Data Protection legislation. We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees or trustees who need to know. They will only process your personal data on our instructions.
We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and the ICO where we are legally required to do so.
Who do we share your information with?
We use MailChimp as our email automation platform and Planning Center as our church management platform. We will not share your information with any additional third parties without your consent unless the law requires us to do so.
Requesting access to your personal data

Information Collected Through the Site

The Contact Form – The information collected via the form simply allows us to reply to you/answer any questions, etc.
Leaving a Comment – If you leave a comment on the site, we ask for your name, email (which is not displayed on the site) and website (if you’ve got one). This information is used so other visitors will know who left the comment and to help us stop spammers.
